PictureParking is an online photo gallery. Our users can create an online photo album, upload and share pictures. By uploading images, a user does not surrender his/her copyright or ownership of the images. You still hold the full copyright to the pictures.

In these terms of service, the words "we" and "our" refer to More Fast BVBA, the creator and owner of PictureParking.com. The words "you" and "your" refer to the photographers and users of PictureParking. PictureParking and PictureParking.com refer to the website which can be found at www.pictureparking.com.

By uploading your pictures to PictureParking.com, you agree to these terms of service. You also agree that More Fast can change these terms of service as often as needed, without any notification. You have the right to delete your pictures from our servers at any time and we expect you to do so as soon as you don't agree with the terms anymore.

By uploading your pictures, we obtain the right to use your pictures to promote PictureParking.com in any way and in any form (print, site, ...) without charge. This means we can also resize, scale, crop, ... your image as is needed. You also grant us the right to use your pictures in any service at PictureParking.com without charge.

We expect you to upload only your own work or the work you are the copyright owner of. PictureParking is not reliable for the pictures uploaded by its users. We have the right to delete any image from our server when we suspect that a copyright has been violated.

Your privacy is vital to us. We will not sell your e-mailaddress and we will not use your personal data, including your e-mailaddress, for any commercial mailing. We will only send you information about PictureParking and our services. You agree however that PictureParking is not responsible for malicious hackers who may find a way to break into our systems. While we'll do our best to protect your data and our servers, we cannot guarantee total safety.

We offer several kinds of accounts. You agree that we can change the number and type of accounts at any time. You also agree that we can change the features of your chosen account at any time. Although we would be nuts to lower the features of your account since customer relations are very important to us, you agree that we are entitled to do it.

The PictureParking-crew has the right to refuse publication and hosting of any image on our servers and website. We are entitled to remove any picture from our website and/or server at any time and without any notification if we find this suitable.

We can not guarantee the privacy of your pictures. While we offer the possibility of protecting your galleries with a password, we are not responsible when a malicious user finds a way to see your pictures. If you have top-secret pictures, it's better not to put them on PictureParking.

While we'll make any effort possible to keep the site 100% of the time online, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. We will not provide any compensation when the site is down for a certain amount of time.

PictureParking is a hosting and sharing site. We are not your backup server. Images may get destroyed or lost on our servers (although we try to prevent this of course). We will not provide any compensation for lost pictures.
